Troubleshooting Issues

This section addresses common issues with the OneLogin integration and provides guidance for resolution.

Mismatched Emails/Usernames

  • Issue: Person not found.
    • Resolution: Verify that email addresses or usernames match between the primary rostering source and OneLogin.

Login Failures

  • Issue: Authentication errors during login.
    • Resolution: Check the OneLogin setup, including client ID, secret, and redirect URI, configured within Edlink.
    • Resolution: Confirm the OneLogin configuration adheres to OIDC standards.

Unsupported Provider

  • Issue: OneLogin configuration does not meet OpenID Connect standards.
    • Resolution: Reconfigure OneLogin to comply with OIDC.
