Grade Passback

If grade passback is not working, please check the OneRoster settings for Blackbaud.

OneRoster Client ID

The Client ID is the client ID that you use to connect to the server. Example: 893edf6b-ab4f-4f0c-b98f-87a7ab991f3a

OneRoster Client Secret

The Client Secret is the client secret that you use to connect to the server. Example: VlXJmyBAuoLrJwbQFZyCROHGRrsFATgyjnOWISDRsoUi

Re-connect Blackbaud Account

  1. Navigate to the Blackbaud source settings in the Edlink Dashboard and click on the Validate Configuration button.

  1. If all validation checks fail, then you may need to re-connect Blackbaud to Edlink:
    • Connect your Blackbaud account to Edlink by clicking Connect and signing into your Blackbaud Administrator account.
    • Click Validate Configuration again, and it should now pass all checks.
