Sessions

Edlink creates our Sessions based on Bromcom's concept of Calendars and CalendarModels

Enrollments

Edlink creates Enrollments from several Bromcom sources:

• Student class and tutor group associations — from CollectionAssociates with CollectionTypeID=9 (classes) or CollectionTypeID=2 (tutor groups). When sharing rules allow, enrollment properties can include the collection type ID and description.
• Staff collection roles — from CollectionExecutives, which covers staff assigned to classes when timetable data is incomplete. Role type ID and description are available as optional enrollment properties.
• Staff timetable assignments — from TimeTableRaw when a class ID is present.

Refresh Tokens

Bromcom does not use refresh tokens like many modern systems and instead just uses a static username and password for authentication.
