Resetting Your MFA

If you need to reset your Multi Factor Authentication, you will need to submit a request with the Edlink Support team by emailing support@ed.link or creating a ticket. The Edlink Support team will then schedule a quick Zoom meeting to verify your identity.

Before the meeting, ensure you have a valid government-issued ID and a working webcam ready. During the video call, you will need to present your ID via the webcam as part of the identity verification process.

After your identity is confirmed, the Edlink Support team will work on getting your Multi Factor Authentication reset and will inform you when the process is completed. Once your Multi Factor Authentication is reset, you can setup Multi Factor Authentication again.
