Attendance entry source types track operational source systems for reliability and compliance.
The values of this enum are of type string.
Values

biometric_scanner | The student used a biometric device (e.g. fingerprint reader, iris scan, etc). |
id_scanner | The student scanned an ID card or similar medium. |
kiosk | The student used a kiosk. |

paper_backup | Attendance was recorded offline during an outage and then uploaded when the attendance system recovered. |
pin_pad | The student entered their identifier into a PIN pad. |
