Embed the Admin Onboarding Flow

We're excited to announce the third widget in our repertoire: an embedded version of our onboarding flow.

Building on our existing onboarding capabilities, this new widget allows you to seamlessly integrate the onboarding experience directly into your application. This has been a highly anticipated feature, and we're thrilled to finally bring it to you.

The embedded onboarding flow can be built directly into your existing product and use with or without custom onboarding IDs. This means you can now guide your users through the onboarding process without them ever leaving your application, providing a more cohesive and streamlined experience.

Additional API Updates

• You can now merge Schoology and Canvas assignments together if you're assigning to multiple "sections" of the same class.
• We are now exposing the LTI user ID in the identifiers array of a person object when they launch.
• The roles claim is now available in the JWT when you request the profile scope in an OIDC launch.
• We changed the behavior of the Graph Update Submission endpoint in Canvas to more gracefully handle state changes (e.g. grading a submission).

Pipeline Updates

• Aeries staff members will now be tagged with their correct "primary" school.
• Fixed a bug with Powerschool sections (where they sometimes had the wrong session ID attached).
• We will now remove unicode characters from email addresses in OneRoster sources.
• Fixed a bug in Aeries where we were incorrectly assigning teachers to the same school multiple times.

Dashboard Updates

• Administrators will now see their sources greyed out during onboarding if they are already connected to your application.
• We've given our admin sources & syncs pages a facelift to make them more consistent with the rest of the dashboard.
• The dashboard will now show you which integrations utilize each of your custom transformations.
• Impersonation requests will now be "traced" on the Login Tracing page (for debugging purposes).
• We've begun to reorganize some of the source and application settings pages to group related settings together.
• When you sign out in one Edlink tab, you will now be signed out in all tabs.
