Data Quality Improvements for Powerschool & Toddle

API Updates

• When listing categories from Powerschool, the API will now correctly determine the primary teacher in a class.

Data Pipeline Updates

• Edlink will now correctly identify the primary enrollment flag for Powerschool teachers.
• Toddle sync will now properly construct a display name field for students and staff.
• Edlink will now pass through the sourcedId property for staff.
