Check Your LMS
Here's a common reason an app isn't updated with new info: the LMS wasn't updated.
For example, if you want to change an email from eddielyns@example.com
to eddie@example.com
in your app, you first need to change it in your LMS.
Double-check that the changes you'd like to see in the app are actually in your LMS.
Check Your Syncs
Check that your syncs are working in the Edlink dashboard.
If Edlink lists your latest syncs as Error or Pending, it means new updates aren't being sent from your school to your app.

If Edlink lists your latest syncs as Complete, run a manual sync and see if your app is updated with the changes you're expecting.
