Verifying Integration Setup
This guide will help if you're a district admin who completed an integration to a learning app via Edlink and want to verify that your integration was set up successfully.
Check your source is configured and syncing with Edlink properly
Step 1
Go to ed.link and log into your dashboard.
Step 2
Go to the Sources tab.

Click on your source, then go to Settings. You'll see a page that looks like this:

Click the Validate Configuration button. If your integration is set up correctly, you’ll see a list of items with green checkmarks.
If your source is configured incorrectly, you’ll see one or more red checkmarks.
Note: The most common issue is that the connected account isn't an administrator account.
Wait 24 hours after getting integrated
It can take up to 24 hours for your source to fully sync with Edlink. This also gives your learning application's team time to review your integration and make any necessary updates before activation.
