Activating Your New Integration
After a new school onboards, your team will need to approve their integration. While the integration is in the requested
state no data will be shared, the school will not be able to use it, and you will not be billed for it.
To approve the integration, just click on the Integrations
tab, select the desired school integration, and click the Approve
button. Once approved, the integration will be in the active
state and data will begin syncing. Please note, while the integration will be marked as active
immediately, it may take a few minutes for data to start flowing. This delay is normal and the result of a process that we call materialization
.
Automatic Approval
It is possible to create custom onboarding links via our API that will automatically approve the integration. This is useful if you want to create a more "self-service" onboarding flow for your customers, but please carefully consider the cost implications before selecting this method.
