For Schools

Piloting Flow

Your school has been approved for a Flow pilot! This one-pager outlines the ideal experience (the "happy path") so you know what to expect over the next 30 days.

What You'll Need to Get Started

  • SIS and LMS access (usually provided by your IT team)
  • One pilot teacher and 5 classes selected
  • A Pilot Overview Call scheduled with Edlink to define goals, confirm compatibility, and walk through the pilot expectations
  • If Flow is a fit, an Onboarding & Setup Call will be scheduled to configure your dashboard and start your pilot

The Flow Pilot Timeline

  1. Pilot Overview Call - We'll confirm your SIS/LMS compatibility, walk through how Flow works, help you select a pilot teacher, and define what success looks like.
  2. Choose a Pilot Teacher - Pick someone who's tech-savvy, quick to adopt new tools, and open to providing feedback.
  3. Onboarding & Setup Call - We'll configure your school's Flow dashboard and start syncing your selected classes.
  4. Run Your Pilot (30 Days) - Let the sync run in the background. Your pilot teacher can use Flow as they normally would, without extra work.
  5. 30-Day Check-In Call - We'll review how everything went, address any questions, and talk next steps.

During the Pilot

  • Let the sync run without manual changes if possible
  • Keep an eye out for anything that feels off
  • Share feedback and ask questions along the way
