Flow connects your SIS and LMS so your data stays in sync automatically. No more manual updates or duplicate entries.
One-Time Setup
Flow is installed and configured with support from the Edlink team. During setup:
- You choose which SIS and LMS to connect (for example, Veracross and Google Classroom)
- A Google Workspace admin grants permission for Flow to access the LMS
- You decide which people, classes, and enrollments you want to sync
Once setup is complete, Flow runs quietly in the background to keep your systems connected.
Automatic Syncing
Flow automatically:
- Pulls people, classes, and enrollments from your SIS and syncs them to your LMS
- Pushes assignments and grades from your LMS back into your SIS
You can customize what gets synced, whether that's just rosters, just grades, or both.
Flexible and Configurable
Flow works alongside your existing systems without interrupting current processes. You can:
- Use Flow only for roster sync, only for grade sync, or both
- Match existing users and classes between systems to prevent duplicates
Always Up to Date
Flow checks for changes on a regular schedule:
- Add a student in your SIS, and they’ll appear in your LMS
- Post a grade in Google Classroom, and it can sync back to your SIS
No manual syncs required. Flow keeps everything aligned behind the scenes.
