School Support
This document summarizes school support options for the Edlink API. If you are a school that uses Flow, please check out the equivalent document here instead.
While we don't currently offer paid support plans to schools, we provide a variety of resources to help schools get the most out of Edlink. You are also encouraged to reach out to your vendor(s) who may have additional support options available.
Direct Support
- Support Tickets: For technical problems or bug reports, schools can create a support ticket at
ed.link/supportor emailsupport@ed.link. Our team typically responds within 24 hours.
AI & Community Resources
- Eddie Lynx AI Chatbot: Accessible from the dashboard, our AI assistant is trained on all of our technical documentation. It can answer questions and even help you write code for the Edlink API.
