Edlink offers comprehensive support through direct channels (Client Success Managers, Slack, and ticketing), extensive documentation, AI assistance, and community resources. Our support system is designed to help users at every level, from self-service documentation to personalized enterprise support depending on your pricing plan.
Direct Support
- Client Success Manager: As a team on the Grow or Enterprise pricing plans, you have a dedicated Client Success Manager who can assist with strategic questions, onboarding schools, and escalating complex technical issues.
- Slack Channel: If you're on the Grow or Enterprise pricing plans, you have access to a private Slack channel for real-time support and quick questions. You can set up the channel by reaching out to your Client Success Manager.
- Support Tickets: For technical problems or bug reports, you can create a support ticket at

Our documentation is the best place to start for most questions. We recently redesigned it to improve navigation, search (Cmd+K), and clarity.
- API Reference: Detailed information on every endpoint and data model in the Edlink API.
- Developer Guides: In-depth explanations of core concepts like authentication, rostering, and security best practices.
- Cookbooks: Step-by-step code examples for common tasks, such as exporting data to SFTP or grading with a rubric.
- Postman Collection: A pre-built collection to help you quickly start making requests to the Edlink API.
AI & Community Resources
- Eddie Lynx AI Chatbot: Accessible from the dashboard, our AI assistant is trained on all of our technical documentation. It can answer questions and even help you write code for the Edlink API.
