School Administrators: I Just Connected to Edlink. Why Am I Not Seeing My School's Info?

When you first connect to Edlink, Edlink runs a sync. That means Edlink pulls the info from your school or district's LMS and sends it to your learning app.

The first sync can take up to 24 hours. That's why you might not see your school info in the Edlink dashboard right away.

After 24 hours have passed, you should be able to see your school info in the different tabs in the dashboard.

After the first sync, Edlink will automatically sync your school once a day. This will keep your school info up-to-date. You'll also be able to manually run syncs.
