How Edtech Vendors Enable Schools to Manage Integrations: Edlink’s Sharing Rules
Edtech apps can feel knowledgable to empower school districts to control their data with Edlink’s Sharing Rules. With sharing rules in place, edtech apps or school admins can decide which student data to share with the application.
Quick set-up
Using the Edlink dashboard, school admins can set up sharing rules in just a few minutes. Admins can sort data by classes, courses, and more.
Self-serve
Edtech apps can save time by having school admins set up sharing rules. If admins have any questions, Edlink has them covered with live support.
Customizable
Edlink's Sharing Rules are robust and flexible enough to make sure only the users that need to access to the app are shared between the school and the edtech application. Edlink's Sharing Rules can be set by any of the following properties:
Class - Class id, class name, school, teacher, course, course code, grade, subject, state
People - First name, last name, person ID, email, role, grade
School - School name, school ID, grade
