About the relationship:
Proserva had recently made plans to onboard a new customer, a learning institution with a new IT admin. When Proserva and the admin began discussing the necessary data fields, the admin was unsure how to share all the required fields from Infinite Campus, especially since the institution had only used OneRoster integrations up to that point. After hearing about Edlink as a reliable integration partner at a recent conference, Proserva’s Justin Hume created a free developer account with Edlink and began exploring documentation.
Without needing to pause development for lengthy meetings, Justin was able to safely and securely build and test Proserva’s integration with Edlink, with Edlink’s Jimmy Louise providing links for testing. In a few weeks, Justin and the Proserva team were ready to designate Edlink as their integration partner.
With one integration to Edlink’s Unified API, Proserva gains connections to dozens of LMS, SIS, and IAM providers, such as Infinite Campus, Canvas, and ClassLink. By consolidating multiple integrations into one, Edlink supports Proserva in connecting to future customers using different data systems, with features like single sign-on and rostering. Additionally, Edlink’s out-of-the-box IT Admin Onboarding Flow lets Proserva onboard new customers more easily and quickly than ever before. With Edlink as its integration partner, Proserva is ready to offer integrations just in time for back-to-school without spending a large amount of development time and money.
