About Inspirit:
Inspirit leverages immersive learning experiences to engage students. Their mission is to revolutionize education by using virtual reality (VR) to create interactive, experiential content that fosters deeper understanding and retention of academic subjects.
About the relationship:
Inspirit’s CEO, Aditya Vishwanath, first connected with Edlink Co-Founders Amanda Goodson and Dakota Gordon at ISTE Live. After the conference and navigating the busy back-to-school season, the Inspirit team set a time to explore integration possibilities. At the time, Inspirit was using invite links for single sign-on (SSO) and rostering, which allowed students to log in but wasn’t an efficient solution. As learning institutions began requesting more detailed student tracking and progress data, the need for integrations became more relevant.
The team recognized that working with a third-party integration partner like Edlink would save both development time and resources compared to continuing to build integrations themselves. With that understanding, Inspirit planned to phase out invite links and switch to using an integration partner. This way, the Inspirit team would be fully prepared to:
- continue to support learning institutions,
- expand Inspirit’s list of supported data providers, and
- add functionality like grade passback and assignment sync in the near future.
After comparing Edlink with other solutions like Ednition, Inspirit chose Edlink as their integration partner.
Through a single integration with Edlink, Inspirit can now connect to more than 25 LMS, SIS, and IAM solutions, such as Google Classroom, PowerSchool, and Clever, while also providing SSO and rostering functionality for their learning institutions without having to send invite links. Inspirit can offer learning institutions a more seamless experience while outsourcing the technical complexities of integrations to Edlink, saving their team thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours in development.
“We appreciated the in-depth technical and customer support provided during the integration process. This helped us quickly and effectively integrate Edlink onto the Inspirit platform.”
- Aditya Vishwanath, CEO of Inspirit
