Ellipsis was in a transition period. The team moved onto its own platform to gain the flexibility to build out their user experience for IT admins and educators. Part of this flexibility included adding single sign-on (SSO) for users – a top request from learning institutions looking to adopt Ellipsis.
Without previous integration experience, it wasn’t clear how much time and effort the development team would have to dedicate to build these integrations – but the team knew it wasn’t going to be easy.
