About the Relationship
QuantHub was in discussions to start working in learning institutions across Alabama and needed to have certain integrations and functionality. In his search for a way to make integrations easier for his team, QuantHub's Trey Hoffman discovered Edlink online and reached out via contact form. His initial inquiry led Trey to book a meeting with Edlink's Nick La Riza to learn more.
During their first call, Trey and Nick discussed QuantHub’s interest in specific functionality like rostering, assignments sync, and grade passback with several LMS providers. At that moment, QuantHub only had an LTI 1.3 specification integration for SSO and ingested roster data via CSV. QuantHub’s goal was to be able to support integrations with the most widely used school data providers across Alabama like PowerSchool, Schoology, and Google Classroom.
In a single integration to Edlink, QuantHub can connect with over 25 LMS, SIS, and IAM providers (such as Google Classroom, Schoology, and PowerSchool). Edlink’s Unified API would let QuantHub host powerful integrated functionalities like SSO, rostering, assignment sync, and grade passback, significantly expanding QuantHub's current capabilities while removing manual tasks for end-users. By using Edlink as an integration partner, QuantHub will save hundreds of development hours and thousands of dollars to focus back on their core product (and not integrations).
