About the dashboard

When your school connects its LMS, SIS, or SSO provide to a learning app, you can see your data in the Edlink dashboard. School admins and developers can access to the dashboard.

Here's how you can use the Edlink dashboard to view class data.

To navigate to the dashboard, first log into your Edlink account.

Select Integrations from the sidebar. Then, select the integration of the school you would like to investigate. Finally, select Classes in the dashboard header.

Note: Edlink categorizes a Class as a class taught to a specific group of students. A Course is a repeated class, such as Algebra 101.

Data in the dashboard

Using the dashboard, you can see the following class data:

Class ID - The Edlink-assigned unique ID for a class.

Name - The title of the class.

State - Displays if a class is active or inactive (archived classes are inactive)

Grade Levels - (only available in some data sources)

Subjects - (only available in some data sources)

Selecting a class will also show its properties in the right-hand side-bar.

The right-hand sidebar also contains a list of enrollments. This shows the teachers and students in the class. You'll find links to the dashboard entry of each user here too.

You can use the filter option to search for a specific class based on a few different properties. Note that the filter is currently case-sensitive. If you can't find a class that you think should appear, please reach out to your client success manager at Edlink.

Out-of-date syncs can cause class data errors. When you update class data in your school's LMS, the changes won't appear until the next sync (within 24 hours). If a class doesn't appear after the next sync, then the class might not be shared with Edlink.
