School Administrators: How Do I Run Syncs?

Hey School Admin! Edlink automatically syncs your school's info every 24 hours. This sends the info from your LMS to your learning app.

However, we can also show you how to run a manual sync!

Logging in

First, log into your Edlink account.

Click on your Integrations on the left sidebar on your screen.

Click on the integration you want to run a sync on. It will take you to the Integrations Summary page.

Click on the blue “Source Name” link near the bottom of the screen. In this example, it is “Canvas Sample Source”.

Click on “Syncs” on the left sidebar. Then run the sync by clicking on the blue “Run Sync” button on the top right side of the screen.


You're all set! You've just initiated a manual sync. Now an enrichment and materialization will automatically run.  Depending on the size of your data set your sync will be completed within a few minutes. If the state of the sync reads “error” or “paused” email support@ed.link for assistance.
