Check Your LMS
Here's a common reason an app isn't updated with new info: the LMS wasn't updated.
For example, if you want to change an e-mail from sara@example.com to sarapaolozzi@example.com in your app, you first need to change it in your LMS.
Double check that the changes you'd like to see in the app are indeed in your LMS.
Check Your Syncs
Check that your syncs are working in the Edlink dashboard. Syncs ensure your latest school info is sent to your app.
If Edlink lists your latest syncs as Error or Pending, it means new updates aren't being sent from your school to your app. Check out this article on troubleshooting syncs.
If Edlink lists your latest syncs as Complete, run a manual sync and see if your app is updated with the changes you're looking for.
