How to View Your School's Data in Edlink

Once you connect your LMS, SIS, or SSO provider to Edlink, you can view your school's data in your Edlink dashboard.

To see your data, sign into Edlink with the username and password you created during the onboarding process.

Select “Integrations” from the sidebar. Select the integrations you want to view data for. From here, you can view your data by selecting the tabs in the dashboard. You can view the following data:

• People
• District
• Schools
• Classes
• Sections
• Courses
• Sessions

Clicking “All Types” will drop down a menu giving you the option to see enrollments, sessions, etc. Keep in mind, only data being shared with Edlink from your LMS or SIS will be viewable. If sessions, enrollments, etc., are not shared, they will not be included in the dropdown.

You can apply filters if you are interested in searching for a specific piece of data. You may also use sharing rules to limit the data sent from your school to your app. To do so, click on “integrations” on the side bar, choose the integration you want to limit data for, and click on sharing rules.
