If you are part of a K-12 school or district, we recommend using your state’s standard Data Privacy Agreement, or the NDPA from the Student Data Privacy Consortium. DPAs that originate from the SDPC will take less than 24 hours for us to sign and return to you. DPAs in other formats may take longer.
