Connecting to Edlink: Blackbaud

Hey School Admin! Glad you're here. We're excited to help you connect your Blackbaud to a learning app.

Integrating is a breeze and should take five minutes or less.

Two quick things before we get started:

1. You must be a Blackbaud Administrator and your account must have environment manager permission to complete the integration process.

2. Have you connected a learning app to Edlink before? If so, skip to step 2 (Completing the Integration). Yay!

Step 1: Adding the Edlink application from Blackbaud Marketplace:

Go to the Blackbaud Marketplace.

Then click “Manage” at the top left of the screen. If you do not see “Manage” you do not have the proper permissions to complete the integration

Press “Connected Apps” and then add the Edlink app using this code:


You are now able to start the Edlink Onboarding Flow.

Step 2: Completing the Integration

The learning app that you want to connect to should have sent you an integration link that looks like this:

Access the link and follow the instructions to create an Edlink account if you have not done so already.

If you don't have the link, let us know by reaching out to, and we'll help you get it.

After creating your account, choose Blackbaud from the "data source" drop-down menu.

Select Connect next to the Blackbaud icon that appears. Select your administrator account that you used to complete Step 1.

Click the Connect Source button at the bottom of the screen.
