G Suite Administrators: I'm Having Trouble Connecting My Google Environment to Edlink. What Do I Do?

Hey G Suite Admin! Having trouble making the connection to Edlink?

Let's troubleshoot.  

Are You a Google Admin?

Only G Suite Admins can successfully make the connection to Edlink.

Confirm that you're indeed a G Suite Admin. To do this, try to visit the Google Admin Console.

If you aren't an admin, you'll see the following error page:


If you're not a G Suite admin, you won't be able to make the connection to Edlink. Let us know at support@ed.link. We'll work with your school to get you up and running.

If you are indeed a G Suite admin, keep reading. Yay!

You need to whitelist Edlink to successfully connect to Edlink.

Once you've confirmed you're a G Suite admin, visit the App Access Control page in your Google Admin Console.

Search for Edlink in your whitelisted apps, using the search bar on this page.  

If Edlink doesn't appear, follow these steps to whitelist Edlink.

Once you've confirmed you're a G Suite admin and you've whitelisted Edlink, try making the connection to Edlink again.

Use the integration link the learning app provided to you.
